Be serious when bidding/asking to buy the adopt.
For set price adopts, first come first serve applies.
For auctions, an auto-buy will overpass any other bids and will guarantee your claim over the character.All purchases are to be made through paypal/kofi, in the currency specified by me in the sale listing (will be either usd/eur).
Payment is to be sent within 24h (let me know if you need me to hold the design and for how long; depending on the adopt's price and other factors I will decide if it is a reasonable time frame to hold the design for).The design is for personal use only, you may not use it commercially.
You may not use the character to create hateful content.
You must not take credit as the original creator of the artwork and design. Credit me when appropriate.
You may choose/change the character's name, gender, personality, etc. and make edits to the design as long as you keep it somewhat recognizable (you must still credit me as the original designer).
You may draw minimal changes over the original artwork, but I will not give out the psd file for it and you must still credit me as the original artist.You may trade or gift the design.
Re-selling a design is allowed at the value it was bought for, but you may raise the price fairly and accordingly if you commission artworks of the character.
If you trade, gift or re-sell the design please let me know who the new owner will be, and let them know I plan on keeping track of any transfers of the design in the future.I retain the rights to post the original artwork on social media and use it as self-promo (advertised as a sold adopt).Purchasing an adoptable from me automatically means that you agree to these terms.

All commissions are for personal use only.I have the right to decline a commission if I don't think I am fit to do it.
If I find your character's design very complex, I might request extra payment as I see fit (will generally be between 5€-10€).I will only start the commission after receiving full payment upfront.
You can always ask to see work in progress pictures.
If you see any mistakes in the commission after it is finished feel free to message me, if it is minor or my own fault (for example, missing something in the design) I will change it free of charge. If you request big changes or keep requesting multiple small ones it will cost extra.I always try to finish commissions as fast as possible but time may vary and take up to 1-2 months, as I am a full-time student and am often very tired due to some physical and mental health things, but I am always open to communicate on these matters if I feel like anything might take longer.If you want to cancel a commission: I offer a full refund if I have not started it ; 70% refund if I started sketches ; no refund if I have started lineart/painting/rendering. I do this based on the amount I receive from you, and I cannot afford to cover any fees that go beyond the value I received.I have the right to recycle any sketches you did not approve for my own use.i retain the rights to post the original artwork on social media and use it as self-promo (advertised as a commission, i will credit you as the character's owner).
