hello! my name is frankie, and i go by the username srcevans on most platforms. i'm a mainly digital artist from portugal and am currently finishing my bachelor's degree in plastic arts and multimedia.i enjoy drawing a bit of everything, from animals to furries to humans, a lot of things related to prehistory, and i also often draw things from media i'm interested in (games, movies, etc.)!

i'm frankie, also known as srcevans online! i'm a digital artist/university student from portugal.
i've had a lifelong fascination with all things prehistoric/ancient and wildlife, which are themes you can often see in my illustrations. my dream is to ultimately be able to work as a freelance artist fulltime!i like to experiment and try new styles a lot and work on different types of art, from character designs to rendered digital paintings to pixel art, etc..important notice: i tend to not post/be active on most platforms for long periods of time, but i am very active and reachable on toyhouse and discord (@ srcevans), and deviantart to a degree.

✦ for auctions, an auto-buy will overpass any other bids and guarantee your claim over the character.
✦ all purchases are to be made through paypal, in the currency specified by me in the sale listing (either usd/eur).
✦ if you do not pay within 48h i may take someone else's offer (if you need a hold let me know; depending on the value/other factors i will decide if it is a reasonable request).
✦ the design is for personal use only, you may not use it commercially.
✦ you may not use the character to create hateful content.
✦ you must not take credit as the original creator of the artwork and design. credit me when appropriate.
✦ you may choose the character's name, gender, personality, etc. and make edits to the design as long as it's still somewhat recognizable (still crediting me as the original designer).
✦ you may draw changes over the original artwork, but i will not give out the psd file for it and you must still credit me as an artist.
✦ you may trade or gift the design.
✦ re-selling a design is allowed at the value it was bought for, but you may raise the price fairly and accordingly if you commission or create artworks of the character.
✦ if you trade, gift or re-sell the design outside of toyhouse please let me know who the new owner will be, i plan on keeping track of any transfers of my designs.
✦ i retain the rights to post the original artwork on social media and use it as self-promo (advertised as a sold adopt).
✦ purchasing an adoptable from me automatically means that you agree to these terms.

- COMMISSIONS TOS -

✦ all commissions are for personal use only.
✦ i have the right to decline a commission if i don't think i am fit to do it.
✦ if i find your character's design very complex, i might request extra payment as i see fit (will generally be between 5€-10€).
✦ i will only start the commission after receiving full payment upfront.
✦ you can always ask to see work in progress pictures.
✦ if you see any mistakes in the commission after it is finished feel free to message me, if it is minor or my own fault (for example, missing something in the design) i will change it free of charge. if you request big changes or keep requesting multiple small ones it will cost extra.
✦ i always try to finish commissions as fast as possible but time may vary and take up to 1-2 months, as i am a full-time student and am often very tired due to health concerns, but i am always open to communicate on these matters if i feel like anything might take longer.
✦ if you want to cancel a commission: i offer a full refund if i have not started it ; 70% refund if i started sketches ; no refund if i have started lineart/painting/rendering. i do this based on the amount i receive from you, and i cannot afford to cover any fees that go beyond the value i received.
✦ i have the right to recycle any sketches you did not approve for my own use.
✦ i retain the rights to post the original artwork on social media and use it as self-promo (advertised as a commission, i will credit you as the character's owner).

base price (may vary depending on character complexity) gets you: front fullbody, detail/eyes/paws closeup (optional), color palette (any shape), character info text. everything will be unshaded, the linework on my references is generally somewhere between clean sketch and clean lineart.
background can be transparent, simple shapes, photo (free to use or taken by you). these are free of charge
back view (same silhouette as front, edited to be back view): +35€
chibi w/ outfits: each different pose chibi, without clothes, costs +15€. each outfit added onto that is +5€
